CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
 
JOB SUMMARY

Customer Support Specialist – responsible in resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and
guiding product users through features and functionalities.
  • This position is temporarily WFH set-up until further notice. This will be Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Must have own computer and stable internet connection.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with our foreign clients and familiarize all the projects
  • Coordinate with the web development team to provide answer to client’s inquiry in an empathetic manner.
  • Update our internal database with information about technical issues and useful discussions with clients/customers
  • Inform clients/customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with clients/customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather client’s feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least (2-3) year’s work experience as CSS in Web Development Company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related field
  • Familiar in Buble.io is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Flexible, open minded, dedicated and with excellent focus.
  • Must be comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Focused on results and a “get it done” attitude
  • Will to go above and beyond when required and find unique ways to solve challenges
