Customer Support Specialist – responsible in resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and
guiding product users through features and functionalities.
- This position is temporarily WFH set-up until further notice. This will be Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Must have own computer and stable internet connection.

- Work with our foreign clients and familiarize all the projects
- Coordinate with the web development team to provide answer to client’s inquiry in an empathetic manner.
- Update our internal database with information about technical issues and useful discussions with clients/customers
- Inform clients/customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with clients/customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gather client’s feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
- At least (2-3) year’s work experience as CSS in Web Development Company
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related field
- Familiar in Buble.io is a plus (training will be provided)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Flexible, open minded, dedicated and with excellent focus.
- Must be comfortable working in a startup environment
- Focused on results and a “get it done” attitude
- Will to go above and beyond when required and find unique ways to solve challenges
