EXTERNAL / INTERNAL BOOKKEEPER
 
Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of a 4 year course in Accounting
  • Highly accurate in recording of books, sales ledger, and prepation of tax returns, amongst others
  • MINIMUM 5 years bookkeeping experience on the following:
    • Recording of purchases and cash disbursements on respective subsidiary ledger
    • Recording and summarization of transactions on general ledger
    • BIR annual registration
    • Year end registration of books of accounts
    • 619E / 1601E0/ VAT relief entry/ - 1604CF/ 2316/ 1604E/ 2309/ 1702
    • Annual registration of business permit, and other business related requirements
  • Other duties as required.
