- Responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of the Sales Department
- Develops and updates Sales strategies and service briefs for all products and services handled
- Ensures implementation of service specifications offered and agreed to with the customers in coordination with DIIC management standards and procedures
- Coordinates with concerned Departments on Sales and Contract review procedures
- Enforces company policies, rules and regulations together with the management
- Adhere to the Management’s compliance on maximum and minimum stocking
- Conducts selling strategies to dispose of slow moving and dead stocks
- Files and monitors Daily Itineraries, pipeline and coverage plan reports for all Sales Account Executives
- Conducts meetings and briefings to the staff in order to create a more organized and systematized implementation
- Conveys strategies from the top Management down to the staff for integration at work
- Coaches and mentors staff in order to bring out from them better performance and ignite deeper commitment to the vision and values of the company
- Responsible in developing , identifying training needs and improving skills of staff
- Conducts information dissemination with staff regarding updates in Management and sales strategies
- Conducts evaluation on staff to maintain competency and monitor their performances
- Compliance and participation to documentary procedures
- Updated, orderly and indexed filling system of the Sales Department
- Monitors the completion of delegated assignments and updates immediate Head
- Must be a Sales and Marketing graduate or any four (4) year business course
- Knowledgeable on Architectural products and or Construction materials
- Ability to coach salespeople
