We are seeking a results-driven leader to serve in the role of Director of Client Services for Numi Global. 


Numi Global helps e-commerce and Internet companies grow revenue, make informed management decisions, and maintain customer satisfaction. We do this by providing marketing, operations, analysis, and customer service capabilities from our offices in Cebu City. 


As Director of Client Services, you will help us shape the direction of our company and grow our client base. Success in this role means expanding the business and keeping our customers and clients happy--while staying true to our core values.

  • Drive the client onboarding process including gathering client information, preparing and analysing benchmark workflows and processes, and creating work plans for individual team members.

  • On an ongoing basis, communicate courses of actions and updates to clients.

  • Recruit, hire, and provide necessary coaching/monitoring to team members

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services and solutions in line with client needs and objectives

  • Provide an effective bridge between the client and the team

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers to retain and grow revenue from clients.

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and expand brand presence by documenting case studies, assisting in the development of intellectual capital, and providing input to management for other areas where the client could benefit from our expertise.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

  • At least 5 years of related work experience

  • Experience in a BPO setting an advantage

  • Ecommerce and Amazon knowledge a plus

  • An understanding of business finance and, therefore, commercial awareness and numeracy skills are essential

  • Demonstrated strong people, project, and risk management skills

  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, written communication and presentation skills

  • Must be armed with a toolkit of problem-solving frameworks and an array of strong opinions, loosely held

  • Self-motivated and resourceful

  • Detail-oriented

  • Team player with an ability to work collaboratively
