Executive Boutique Call Center is an affiliate of Select VoiceCom and is currently looking for Backoffice Support (HR Assistant) for a Home Health Account!

  • Accurately enters a variety of data into information systems.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of employee and the organization information at all times.
  • Performs other specific projects relating to data entry and computer operations as required.
  • Works with human resource manager in maintaining the employee database information.
  • Running reports in the system for license expiration and contacting clinicians for the updates.
  • Alerts appropriate management team members regarding late or missing documents required by HR compliance.
  • Prepares and distributes 90-day and annual evaluations.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
  • Clear speaking voice
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • HR office experience is an advantage
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills - Accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role.
  • Strong Excel/Spreadsheet, Word, and Adobe PDF skills
  • Willing to work full-time night shift
  • Looking for a long-term position
