CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER (CEBU)
 
Eleison Foundation seeks to hire a Clinical Program Manager to oversee clinical services for survivors of human trafficking and gender-based violence (GBV). Eleison Foundation is a private operating foundation that supports survivors of violence and exploitation in their recovery. Eleison is registered in the United States, with a representative office in Cebu. Eleison adopts an integrated approach with three core interconnected areas of activity: direct services for survivors, capacity building, and research. Eleison’s Clinical Program Manager will serve as a core leader within the organization providing and coordinating crisis intervention services with survivors, conducting capacity building with partners, and facilitating psychoeducation in the community. Additionally, the Clinical Program Manager will coordinate Eleison’s Survivor Leadership Council to support client voice and leadership within the sector.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct crisis intervention services with survivors, addressing suicidality, experiences of family violence, and other personal crises;
  • Manage Eleison’s crisis on-call system, including staff coordination, task supervision, and case consultation;
  • Expand and develop Eleison’s partnerships with other service providers, including aftercare organizations, mental health services, and government partners;
  • Recruit new program enrollees, developing new partnerships and referral mechanisms with other service providers;
  • Conduct capacity building for partner organizations regarding crisis intervention;
  • Develop psychoeducation session materials and conduct psychoeducation with survivors, family members, support persons, and community stakeholders regarding mental health, strengthening coping skills, and crisis prevention;
  • Support monitoring and evaluation research regarding Eleison’s clinical services;
  • Manage Eleison’s survivor leadership council, including recruitment of survivors, facilitation of leadership council sessions, and mentorship of survivor leaders;
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in relevant discipline such as Clinical Psychology or Social Work;
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with populations who have experienced complex trauma and marginalization, preferably survivors of human trafficking and/or GBV;
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong willingness to learn;
  • Commitment to core values of the social work profession including social justice, service, dignity and worth of each person, importance of human relationships, integrity and competence;
  • Dedication to following empowerment-based and trauma-informed approaches;
  • Skills and experience in Motivational Interviewing (MI), or strong desire to learn MI;
  • Project management skills: high level of attention to detail; excellent management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines;
  • Bilingual in Cebuano and English;
  • Capacity to work in a cross-cultural team context in an international organization.
