TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (SPANISH)

Qualifications:

Preferably with a degree of Information Technology / Electronics and Communications Engineering / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering and other computer or technical related courses (undergraduates or graduates of non computer-related courses are also welcome to apply)
Has average to excellent English communication skills
Has excellent Spanish communication and writing skills
Has excellent customer service skills, analytical and problem solving skills
Has technical or call center experience is a plus factor
Organized, team player and can multi-task
Willing to work on different shifts, holidays and weekends
Preferably with call center experience but not required
