What is your mission?

As a Support Ambassador (CSR), you will be working with our Travel & Hospitality Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.

Who are we looking for?

  • Completed 2 years in college

  • With at least 6 months of solid BPO experience in a voice account

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Positive, self-motivated, and energetic

  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)

  • Can work from home and in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

  • With access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription
