SYKES ASIA CEBU is urgently looking for
  • Assists in payroll processing, final pay processing, new hire bank account enrollment and answering helpdesk inquiries 
  • Assist in preparing payroll instructions to be given to the outsourced payroll processor 
  • Assists in updating payroll trackers 
  • Assist in approving Online Clearance Tracking System 
  • Assist in updating final pay separation track sheet 
  • Responsible in collecting Final pay documents and deliver it to the bank for releasing together with the final paycheck 
  • Responsible in preparing documents for bank account opening 
  • Responsible in collecting signed bank forms and ensuring the forms are complete 
  • Responsible in collecting ATM cards and distribute the ATM cards to the employees 
  • Assist in closing helpdesk tickets in the Helpdesk tool 
  • Ensure all queries on emails are answered within 24 hours 
  • Attend to phone calls and walk-in-concerns 
  • Escalates all unanswered queries and concerns to the Team Leader 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree or the equivalent 
  • At least 6 months related experience in HR/HR Benefits 
  • Experience in working with people on different levels with excellent Customer Service skills 
  • Fluent English communications with good analytical and business writing skills 
  • Excellent understanding of insurance and HMO operation 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
