Is in urgent need of:
An HR Manager oversees the entire administration and evaluation of all human resource functions. 
General Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and enhances the organization through effective planning, implementing and developing HR strategies, creating and evaluating HR policies and programs as well as improving the current HR practices
  • Oversees, leads and directs all HR critical functions; Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and other HR related functions
  • Provides full spectrum of support and builds rapport to all HR policies, programs and activities
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administers and develops a highly effective human resource plans relevant to the improvement of the human resource department as well in the organization as a whole.
  • Implements, organizes and controls all administered programs and activities 
  • Evaluates the effectivity of all policies and programs and ensures proper documentation of such results
  • Directs and monitors HR Staffs works as well as provides them necessary orientation and training as it deems possible
  • Communicates and updates HR Staffs to all HR related concerns and procedures
  • Analyzes performance appraisals and can strongly recommend a timely employees’ movements based on the evaluation of the performance 
  • Establishes an effective flow of communication through departments and evaluates decisions centered on the established goals and objectives
  • Participates on meetings, trainings and seminars and actively promotes HR programs and policies
  • Recommends fresh and new approaches to the continuous effectivity and efficiency of the departments
  • Presents a quarterly or annual reports on all HR matters including but not limited to manpower, employees’ turnovers, trainings and seminars, compensation and benefits
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • A candidate must be a graduate with a Degree of Human Resource Development and Management, BS in Psychology or its equivalent
  • A Master’s Degree or Doctor’s degree is a PLUS
  • Male or Female
  • Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
  • Knowledgeable and has core competency in all facets of HR; Recruitment and Selection; Training and Development; Employee Relations; Compensation and Benefits; and Organizational Development
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, dynamic and proactive to implement change 
  • Has an exceptional oral and written communication 
  • Maintains a high level of integrity and professional work ethics
  • Has high passion for Human Resource Profession and can deal people at all levels in the organization
