We are hiring Customer Service Associates in Cebu for inbound voice & chat openings. This position will start on-site for training, so you must be willing to work at our office located in the Cebu Business Park - Skyrise Alpha Building. Work from home qualifications:
  • Willing to work on site for training
  • 20 mbps internet speed and above
  • Stable internet connection
  • Must be able to hardwire directly to your modem
  • Background noise and distraction free
  • Currently residing within Metro Cebu
  • Responds to telephone, email, or chat inquiries from customers, using standard scripts and procedures
  • Gathers information, researches concerns, and provides resolution
  • Informs customers about available services and assesses customer needs
  • Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time, and quality of input
  • Position new products to all customers
