  • The compensation package is inclusive of incentives and allowances. The basic salary varies depending on your assessment.
  • General Community Quarantine is in full effect in Cebu City thus we are implementing a temporary work-at-home set up on selected accounts in compliance to the city’s guidelines. As soon as GCQ is lifted, all operations will resume onsite.
Is urgently looking for:
  • 2-3 years BPO experience; 1 year related Quality experience
  • Identifies and implements improvements in order to reduce cost and enhance productivity
  • Experience in negotiation and diplomacy
  • Establishes common work processes, standards and coordinate quality assurance activities
  • Monitors overall progress of quality management
  • Evaluates and conducts interim and annual performance reviews
  • Promotes quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization
  • People management experience required
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
