The TEAM LEADER is responsible for a team of C-Representatives which he/she manages, directs and controls to ensure that they meet up with targets and perform their duties according to laid down instructions and guidelines.
His/her role includes training team members and reviewing their performances from time to time. The team leader may be requested to assist in the testing and interview process for the specific campaign assigned.
For complex issues that the C-Reps cannot resolve on their own, the Team Leader is expected to either resolve it or liaise with other departments to resolve the issue appropriately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Be in charge of running and managing the team daily
  • Set targets for the C-Reps in the team
  • Understand the company’s services, procedures and guidelines and communicate them properly to all team members
  • Monitor all calls to ensure that proper procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
  • Conduct regular review of team members’ performance
  • Perform timely coaching sessions targetted to address knowledge or skills gap of under performers
  • Ensure high team morale and team members are highly motivated at all times
  • Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance team performance
  • Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members and delegate duties to all team members.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • With at least 1 year work experience of the same capacity.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management and clients.
  • High level of integrity, judgment and follow-through.
