HIRING: Executive Assistant (will be assigned in Mandaue City)
Qualifications:
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years or more’ work experience as Executive Assistant and/or Secretary
- Must be a BS graduate of any 4 year office/admin/ business or related course
- Keen in details, results driven, High oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be a good coordinator of schedules and logistics/ construction
- Proficient in meeting management and business presentation
- Can work well under pressure, hardworking with initiative and can do multi-tasking
- Flexible, willing to work under pressure and with pleasant personality
