Aboitiz Construction, Inc., an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001,OSHAS 18001 and Class NK Licensed Company, is a construction arm of Aboitiz Group of Companies that specializes in cross country electro-mechanical, structural, pressurized vessel tank, civil works facility installation, shipbuilding, steel fabrication works, engineering estimates and design.
Is currently looking for:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in CSR, sustainability, community relations, and NGO project management.
  • Experience in heavy industries such as construction, engineering, mining, or energy is a plus.
  • College graduate preferably in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Philosophy, Arts.
  • Masters’ degree in social development, development studies, reputation management, brand and marketing is a plus.
  • To support the Reputation Management Head in executing ACI’s CSR and sustainability program aligned with the Aboitiz Group Sustainability and CSR priorities.
  • To strengthen relationships, engage and influence the right people with integrity in order to establish social fences where it operates and to embed the sustainability mindset in processes and relationships with stakeholders.
  • Partner with the company’s various departments to identify communication objectives in order to develop and implement communication plans that will advance Aboitiz Construction’s (AC) business strategy, core values, and culture.
  • Establish, prioritize and use communication channels to reach and cater to AC’s diverse workforce who speaks various languages & dialects, comes from all over the country and from project locations that are not connected electronically.
  • Write and distribute easy-to-understand internal communications including speeches of the President, the Chairman and from select members of the executive team.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute corporate communications internal events OR closely work with HR on executing company events meant to drive up employee engagement.
  • Create content such as press releases, thought leadership articles, messaging, and media briefings with the goal of proactively promoting stories and other publicity opportunities that are advantageous to AC.
