Our current residential projects and property offerings cater to all market segments: from high-end gated communities (MONTERITZ CLASSIC ESTATES, THE GARDENS AT SOUTH RIDGE) to middle-income and socialized housing developments (VILLA ALEVIDA INDANGAN, CATALUNAN SOUTH POINTE HOMES, CRESTVIEW HOMES MINTAL, ALTEZZA GRANDE). Our new major commercial project, THE TOWN PLAZA AT MONTERITZ, is poised to become Davao's newest commercial landmark and will break ground before year-end. UEDI is composed of a team of highly motivated and passionate individuals leading the company through its ambitious current expansion phase.
What you need to succeed:
1. College graduate;
2. Must have at least three (3) years of meaningful work experience in any of the following roles: general administration, legal affairs, and/or compliance processing and/or documentation works, public or external relations, regulatory liaison works, general organizational or internal management requirements, general human resources functions.
3. Must be eager to work directly under the top management of the Cany;
4. Applicants who have previously worked for real estate developers and those with knowledge and familiarity with the operations and/or activities of real estate developers, or construction companies will be given top priority;
5. Must have superior written and verbal communication skills, must be outgoing and have superior interpersonal skills, and must be able and willing to transact out of the office as necessary. Must have excellent presentation skills;
6. Must be very resourceful and have excellent analytical and organizational skills. Must be a flexible multi-tasker;
7. Must have superior ability in using all Microsoft Office programs and skilled in using the internet and social media as a tool and resource;
8. Must be a fast learner and able to contribute immediately to the Company with minimal training.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Depending on the actual experience, previous role/s handled, certification/s, and credentials of the hired applicant, he or she will be assigned general administrative roles to be directly supervised by the top management of the company pertaining to the general operations of various real estate projects of the Company. Human Resource generalists who also seek to expand their role in General Administration and work directly under the top management of a leading real estate company are welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Initial salary range of 25,000-35,000, depending on actual experience upon hiring, with periodic salary increases depending on fit to the organization and performance
2. 14th month pay, additional performance- and tenure-based incentives and bonuses, mid-year bonuses, additional paid leaves, medical insurance (Maxicare) upon regularization, and other benefits will be given.
