Need Ink Sales & Services is a service oriented company composed of dynamic IT, Engineers and Marketing Professionals dedicated in providing a quality Optimum Toner Cartridges and Services in laser printer, troubleshooting as well as desktop PC repair. The company has made its way to cater total IT Solutions as part of business diversification from structured cabling and network infrastructure supply.
 
Need Ink started as an ink refilling station and opened its 1st outlet on October 2003 at GMC Arcade Pajo Lapu Lapu City. After 3 months, the 2nd outlet was opened on January 2004 at N&N Arcade, Mandaue City.
 
Is currently looking for:
 
KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
 
General Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience in handling key accounts
  • Must have good understanding of mass markets to drive a growing business
  • Effective communications/presenting
  • Highly organized and experienced at multi-tasking customer engagement 
  • Solid marketing experience with FMCG (added advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume customer requirements and concerns
  • Analyzes market needs and develops account strategies to propose products to high volume customers and acquire them.
  • Increases accounts revenue and identify fresh business opportunities adhering to given budget structure.
  • Fosters productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customers and maintains active communications whilst up keeping excellent reputation for products and services.
  • Interacts regularly with key accounts customers pertaining to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned customer accounts.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, validates and reports customer requirements to the management on regular basis.
  • Maintains steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence and product volume.
  • Ensures compliance with partner agreements.
  • Schedules advance working appointments and respond promptly.
  • Reports to the Sales and Distribution Manager and performs other tasks as delegated
