Customer Support Agent for a Day Shift Account

Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Resolve issues received from customers via email and phone
  • Be passionate about delivering excellent end-to-end customer experience
  • Be results-oriented; and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals
Desired skills & knowledge:
  • Clear speaking voice
  • Good English communication skills
  • Must have at least 6 months of continuous experience in a BPO company
  • Sound technical knowledge
  • Competitive and results-driven
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to exceed targets
  • Basic knowledge in computer applications
  • Good listener
  • Energetic, fun and confident personality
  • Willing to work full-time
  • Willing to work on-site
