Is currently looking for:
Job Description
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers regarding the service we provide and find the best solution for the customer.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the products and services in order to understand the customers’ needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Engage and have fun while making the customers happy.
  • Maintain a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
  • All are welcomed to apply as long as you have average to good communication skills
  • Must have own equipment
  • Preferably with 2 years’ experience in Healthcare and Retention
