Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any business-related 4-yr course; Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years managerial experience in Digital Sales and Marketing and E-Commerce.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and sales target.
  • Has a proven sales track record for sales and marketing through E-Commerce programs and platforms.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Solid attention to detail and time management skills
  • Demonstrates an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the industry
  • Displays ability to be decisive and able to react to unforeseen difficulties
  • Disciplined, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
Job Description
  • Identify the prevailing performance standards that set the pace and quality of people’s efforts.
  • Define and implement policies and performance standards.
  • Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
  • Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
  • Directing the activities of Software Developers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
  • Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
  • Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
  • Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
  • Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
  • Manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues.
  • Identifies the pain points of each process phase and implement and quality service management in each department’s process flow.
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets given.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to support the units in achieving sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Oversee key hiring and talent development programs; Same as with Quality Hiring and Attrition.
  • Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.
  • Report key results to corporate officers.
  • Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
