We are looking for a strong Technical Support Representative that will be able to respond to helpdesk tickets with strong communication skills, document processes, and provide feedback. This person will be working in a team where they will become the face of helpdesk. 
  • Proper investigation and adding notes before passing on the tickets
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks throughout the week with short turnaround times
  • A degree holder of Communication or Business or commensurate experience
  • Experience working in the contact center industry for at least 2 years
  • Experience with voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat)
  • Proficient in software such as Slack, Google Apps, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
  • Project Management skills is a great plus
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Able to deliver results with less supervision
  • Good time management skills
