Responsibilities:

  • Exceeding the delivery of quality customer service and manage the day-to-day deliverables of the team

  • Manage team performance to ensure consistent delivery, maximizing the potential and improving skills of each team member

  • Manage team attendance and ensures schedule compliance is consistently met

  • Conducts team meetings

  • Performa Quality monitoring of agents and feedback findings

  • Schedule coaching sessions

  • Attends calibration with the client

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • At least 3 years total work experience, with at least 1 year experience as Team Leader in a BPO setting

  • With people management experience

  • Strong leadership skills in coaching and developing at least 15 direct reports
