The compensation package is inclusive of incentives and allowances. The basic salary varies depending on your assessment.

Manage team performance to ensure consistent delivery, maximizing the potential and improving skills of each team member
Manage team attendance and ensures schedule compliance is consistently met
Conducts team meetings
Performa Quality monitoring of agents and feedback findings
Schedule coaching sessions
Attends calibration with the client
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 3 years total work experience, with at least 1 year experience as Team Leader in a BPO setting
With people management experience
Strong leadership skills in coaching and developing at least 15 direct reports
