Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Social Media Coordinator experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
  • Expertise in social media tools including Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
  • Must have experience with Facebook Ads management.
  • Available to start immediately.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Work with Social Media Specialists and other management heads on any given tasks related to social media management.
  • Create and develop content, engaging text, image and video content using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
  • Create effective lead campaigns to assigned accounts that will be beneficial to the client’s growth and exposure.
  • Manage Social Media budget for each account assigned and ensure efficiency.
  • Create/Write Social Media captions for scheduled postings.
  • Research demographics and upcoming events for assigned clients.
  • Schedule Posts assigned by Social Media Specialists.
  • Help curate relevant posts for Twitter/ Facebook/Instagram and use tools to engage with followers.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for a wide variety of projects and pitches.
  • Serve as a thought leader for innovation and continuously present new social technologies and trends.
  • Attend all meetings scheduled by the department.
