General Duties and Responsibility:
 
Your role as an HR Officer/Staff will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, probation, transfer and exit procedures.
  • File & Document Management – softcopy uploading to maintain, manage and regularly audit employee and HR files for both electronic and paper form.
  • Database management – complete and accurate data entry into our HRIS system processing new hires, transfers and terminations.
  • Generate and prepare reports.
  • Responsible of end to end process recruitment. Activities can include but not limited too; preparing recruitment documentation – reviewing job descriptions, collating resumes, arranging interviews.
  • Prepare and manager new hire activities; preparation of contract, collation of new hire paperwork, resolving new hire inquiries and HR system set up.
  • Coordinate onboarding process with managers and department supervisors, manage onboarding plans and HR orientation.
  • Coordinate and collate onboarding interview feedback.
  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Process SSS, Pag-ibig, and PhilHealth Concerns
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Psychology, HRDM, Business or other relevant field
  • Fresh are graduates welcome to apply
  • 1-2 years HR experience is a plus with a general interest in Human Resources
  • Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels
  • With exposure to Recruitment and CompBen is a big plus
  • Has good Customer Service mindset
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work cohesively with a multi-disciplinary team and remotely
  • Strong administration skills
  • Confidence to work autonomously
  • Male or Female
  • Can start ASAP
