Is currently looking for
HR ASSISTANT (HR Generalist)
  • Preferably university degree or the equivalent with background in Human Resources (HR generalist function)
  • Monitors, computes and process employee movements (non-confi payroll) such as promotion, regularization, confirmation to post and other salary adjustment transactions and timely sends ECF advise to Central Documentation Team.
  • Prepares contract relating to change of Employment Status (Contractual to Probationary, Probationary to Regular, Appointment/Promotion Letter, Confirmation Letter, Appraisal Computation.
  • Prepares back to work notices and termination notice due to Job Abandonment in compliance with Labor policies.
  • Ensures on-time tagging of in-active and separated employees in the database and sends advise to necessary departments for deactivation of profile.
  • Reviews and tracks disciplinary memos and handles the administration of due process for disciplinary cases (attendance issues and simple cases) in consultation with  HR Supervisor/Manager.
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications
  • Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
