Our company is immediately in need of competent and dynamic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
 
HR GENERALIST 
 
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related course
  • Preferably with an HR Generalist experience and progressive leadership experience in various HR functions
  • With a strong background in Employee Relations, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits
  • Has a working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and its allied laws, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Has the initiative in making the judgment in varying situations
  • Highly analytical and must be results oriented with a strong foundation of integrity
  • With excellent people management skills and able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Must be proactive, dependable and responsible
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015
  • Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
  • Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
  • Ensure the promotion of customer focus
  • Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained
  • Recruiting, training and developing staffs
  • Making sure that staffs get the exact salaries/wages at the exact schedule
  • Ensure that statutory benefits and company benefits  are properly monitored
  • Making sure that job descriptions, key responsibilities of employees are properly observed, practiced, including promotions, demotions (if any) and/or relocations
  • Facilitating job advertisements
  • Organizing staff training and activities
  • Process and approves loan application (SSS, HMDF, PHIC)
  • Make sure that 201 Files are properly filed
  • Monitor time keeping, attendance, overtimes & employees over-all performance
  • Issuing show case memo’s, determines the type of disciplinary action to be taken to any type of offense
  • Disseminating memo’s circulars regarding all company related activities
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions, redundancy packages, retirement packages w/ staffs responsibilities
  • Represents the company in all labor related arbitrary forums, meetings, court hearings but with the presence and guidance of the Company Legal Retainer/Legal Counsels.
  • Ensures that all company policies/labor standards along side with its disciplinary actions are properly observed and practiced 
  • Make sure that the employees well being are taken cared of
  • Ensure that the company’s best interests are protected
  • Other tasks that may be assigned related to the job as HR Generalist.
