We are hiring a Recruitment Associate who has 2+ experience connecting with candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and/or onboarding in a high-volume recruitment organization. Responsibilities
  • Assist with company's sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and background investigation methods
  • Schedule and organize interviews with potential candidates, administer hiring paperwork, verification of education, employment, and identification
  • Use of applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to enter, track, and report information
  • Assess staffing needs and provide resource recommendations
  • Develop innovative sourcing initiatives to build solid pipeline of qualified candidates/collaborate with Recruitment Marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing & hiring in Talent Acquisition or related HR role. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple high-level recruitment needs
  • Tenacity and ability to drive urgency and hold others accountable in the hiring process
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong business relationships using telephone, email, text, social media
  • Experience in volume hiring, onboarding and compliance is preferred
