Who we’re searching for...
The role holder will have responsibility for documenting all processes managed by the Treasury function. This will include identifying weaknesses in the current processes with recommendations to create a best in class control framework. The role will report directly to the Head of Product Control and Reporting. 
  • Responsible for documenting activities by performing process walkthroughs across all functions within the treasury team
  • Identify and document key controls
  • Performing a gap analysis to identify process gaps, control weaknesses and risks across the treasury function
  • Preparing recommendation reports and delivering findings to key stakeholders and governance bodies
  • Implement findings to align processes to a best in class process framework
  • Supporting the wider team on assurance activities as required
  • Ad-hoc project delivery as requested by the Head of Product Control & Reporting
Have you got what it takes?
  • Proven experience in the end-to-end documentation of workflows and generation of high quality workflow analysis
  • Audit experience with at least 3 years PQE – Big 4 experience preferred
  • Proven track record of evaluating the effectiveness of a functions control environment
  • Extensive skill and experience in effectively presenting complex information to senior executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and hands-on approach to working; able to work in a fast paced, dynamic, start-up environment and be able to operate with ambiguity
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, prioritising as appropriate
  • Ability to drive forward work using own initiative
