 The qualified candidate is expected to have a solid understanding of the end-to-end accounting processes in order to proactively support the management in the review of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring that they are maintained in accordance to the financial standards.
The Job
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
  • Preparation of monthly group consolidated financial report 
  • Perform month end closing activities such as:
    • Cash reconciliation with Treasury team 
    • Timely and accurate processing of journal entries (Fixed Asset Depreciation, Intangible Asset Amortization, Prepayment Expense, Payroll entries and other adjustments and corrections as needed) 
    • Intercompany balances reconciliation 
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliation and analyses for all balance sheet accounts 
  • Assist with the annual audit 
  • Support and/or maintain the resolution of issues and queries 
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting policies and procedures
The Candidate
  • A degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant is a plus 
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in handling Group Consolidated Financial Reporting of a multi-national company 
  • Highly analytical and reporting skills 
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot a plus) 
  • Experience with the financial ERP Oracle-Netsuite or SAP or Hyperion 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English 
  • Mature, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines 
  • Can start as soon as possible
