OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT
 
Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the main point of contact (through phone and email) between the author and the fulfillment team
  • Gathers all materials needed from the author such as the manuscript, images, etc.
  • Does the initial assessment of files received if everything can be considered as workable for production.
  • Ensures that all files created by fulfilment team meets the criteria given by the author
  • Sends out to author all files done by the fulfillment team for review and approval
  • Updates the author of the book’s status from time to time
  • Do monthly coaching to the member/s
  • Manages and taking note of the members’ monthly productivity
  • Evaluates the members’ performance quarterly and yearly
  • Reports the data, concerns, and needs of the Department during Mancom.
  • And any other function as may have dictated by the company.

Qualifications:
  • With at least 1-2 years working experience in a BPO industry especially outbound calls
  • With at least Supervisory Experience
  • At least managed to pass 3rd year college to any business related courses with 1 year work experience in a BPO industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • High knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel
