HR / ADMIN MANAGER
 
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
 
The Human Resources/ Admin Manager oversees the over-all provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.
 
Qualifications:
 
Education and Work Experience:
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Psychology
  • With minimum of 3 years Experience in managing people
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  • Better than average written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee -coaching skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop HR Department
  • Ability to treat information with confidentiality
  • Can serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team in providing overall company leadership and direction.
  • Good computer  skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and MS Office Applications
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /WORK ACTIVITIES
  • Works with other managers on issues relating to people
  • Oversees staffing of organizational units
  • Employee orientation, development, and training
  • Salary schemes and employee benefit plans
  • Performance management systems
  • Organization development
  • Compliance to regulatory concerns
  • Policy development
  • Career development and job grading structure
  • Documentation
  • Resolves Conflicts and Negotiates with Others 
  • Establishes and Maintains Interpersonal Relationships 
  • Develops and monitors Human Resources services, employee recognition, other activities such as sports teams, events, company, and  philanthropic giving
