Responsibilities:
  • Help develop and create sourcing strategies for the company and ensure steady flow of
    applications to achieve targets within a specified timeframe.
  • Understand job requirements for staffing needs.
  • Source qualified prospective employees through proven recruiting channels and networking relationships in the community while projecting positive company image in order to ensure a constant flow of applicants.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with universities, training schools, 3rd party organizers, and government institutions.
  • Filter applications received via email and different platforms (Mynimo, Jobstreet,
    Facebook, etc.) and schedule shortlisted candidates for interviews.
  • Monitor Employee Referral Program (ERP) and ensure validity of referrals.
  • Develop ERP strategies to ensure a steady flow of referrals esp. when staffing needs
    are high.
  • Post new and additional job advertisements on various platforms and make sure they
    are up-to-date.
  • Prepare regular reports on the sourcing efforts and outcome.
  • Administer forms and exams to applicants.
  • Answer inquiries received via email and the company's social media accounts
  • Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for
    visitors and the emergency services.
  • Performs other duties of a similar nature/level or as may be assigned by superiors from time-to-time.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate should have a Bachelor’s/College degree in Psychology/Human Resource Development Management or related experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in HR recruitment field working in a high-volume environment        
  • Preferably with BPO recruitment experience
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic computer functions
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have ability in expediting talent acquisition, presenting the opportunity, and profiling the skill sets and motivations of prospective candidates
  • Excellent time management
  • Team player
  • Excellent work attitude
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Must be amenable to schedule changes and working overtime
  • Must be willing to work on-site
