Job qualifications:
  • Background in Marketing is preferred but not required, including basic graphic design skills for creating social media content and e-newsletters and basic understanding of digital marketing.
  • Experience in Systems is preferable, although not essential - the candidate must be willing to be trained. This includes Google Suite, Canva (social graphics), Typeform, Mailchimp (newsletters), Square Space (blogs), Acuity (appointment scheduling) and Xero (accounting software).
  • Excellent writing skills, including research and writing blogs
  • Excellent verbal English comprehension
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently
  • Must possess initiative and driven to exceed expectations
Job responsibilities:
  • Manage client's calendar and inbox for new sales leads.
  • Manage new sales process, client on-boarding process and tax return client experience.
  • Electronic filing such as scanned mails and and client documents
  • Update client information across all CRM database systems
  • Research businesses and services
  • Prepare letters for groups of clients
  • Create and update procedures for admin processes
  • Create social media content and e-newsletters
