PURCHASING OFFICER / SALES SUPPORT & DATA ANALYST

Overview

The successful candidate for this role will assist with the quoting, ordering, invoicing and logistics functions of the sales department. Sales Support assists the IT Managers, Business Development Managers and Support Engineers by doing the back office (internal sales) processing of a sales opportunity. 
 
The role requires a detail-orientated person who is skilled at juggling many different tasks and competing demands from different stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy. Due to these demands, the role requires someone who works well under pressure, is a good problem solver and can provide excellent customer service.
 
What we have to Offer
 
The offical role title will be 'Sales Support' and is a Freelance position based fulltime in our Cebu Office. 
 
Working hours are 37.5 per week on day shift. Not shifting schedule, no late nights or weekends!
 
We offer a competitive of 35K - 41K Per month plus we have adapted the Phillippines benefits as below: 
1.) 13th Month Pay - non-taxable
2.) Vacation Leave (annual) - convertible to cash at year end.
3.) Sick Leave (personal) 
4.) Additional 30% on Special Holiday if you report to work
5.) Regular Holiday should be taken, but if you report to work, you will earn time in lieu. 
 
Role Responsibilities  
  • Ensure quoting is carried out in a timely manner, consistent standard and with a high degree of accuracy 
  • Help with queries around ETAs for products and manage ETAS
  • Act as a coordination point for clients, suppliers and sales staff 
  • Liaise with vendors and distributors to ensure we are receiving best price/service 
  • Order products and services ensuring good purchase prices
  • Register licenses and warranties 
  • Resolve issues as they arise 
  • Inventory and Warehouse Management 
  • Stock control, receipt of stock, stock returns and quarterly stocktake

  • Good written and verbal english skills
Experience Required 
  • Ability to analyse data and report trends 
  • Strong Microsoft excel ability 
  • Minimum of one year in an administrative or office environment role 
  • Minimum of one year in a customer service role 
  • A knowledge of the procurement to pay process 
  • Experience working with a Managed Service Provider (Desirable)
