SENIOR IT SYSTEM ANALYST
 
Job Summary
 
Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems. Evaluates information systems to assess their suitability for the organizations needs and projected outcome. It also analyzes user needs and developing software solutions for the organizations with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency of IT Department.
 
Also, responsible for organizing personnel in the IT department, determining the present need & future impacts, energizing personnel to get their tasks done & direct their work on a day-to-day to ensure that productivity, applicable standards & targets are met.
 
Job Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Science & Technology or equivalent. 
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an IT Service Desk environment or equivalent.
  • With at least 3 years supervisory experience with people management.
  • With at least 3 years’ experience in handling application support (COTS products such as Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 suite with experience supporting from a level 1 to 2 perspective)
  • With at least 1-year service ticketing/tracking systems as well as IT Service Management framework (ITIL)
  • Able to think outside the box to deliver well thought out state-of-the-art solutions to complex technical problems 
  • Strong verbal and written communication with great documentation and organizational and project management skills.
