At Palm Grass, we give you a unique approach to hospitality— that is— we don’t simply provide you with a bed and a place to stay, we bring you history, culture, and identity.
We are a recognized Hotel Industry and we need applicants for:
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of  any behavioral, administrative related courses.
  • With experience in admin works.
  • With above average communication skills (written and oral)
  • Must be people oriented and highly flexible
  • Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel or PPT)
  • Must know how to set appointments & meetings
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and confkict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
