TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • 10 mbps internet speed (minimum)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidates should have at least 6 months call center experience
  • We accept HS graduates with 6 months call center experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to type 35 WPM with over 90 percent accuracy
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to chat inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
  • Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time and quality input
  • All other duties as assigned
