One of our clients is looking for a Part-Time Surveillance Monitoring Representative. S/he will thoroughly be dedicated to ensuring that all of their customers have the maximum protection available for today's security needs. Part-Time Surveillance Monitoring Representative (Office-based and 6 hours per day)
SCHEDULE: NIGHT SHIFT 
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of six (6) months of CCTV Monitoring experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Must have a Customer Service Representative experience.
  • Experience with Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented.
Responsibilities:
  • Using a multiple monitor workstation, respond to video analytic generated events.
  • View & analyze what is seen to determine if an event is routine or if escalation to a higher level is required.
  • Create written reports using window-based applications.
  • Place necessary outgoing calls as required notifying property managers, building maintenance personnel, or supervisors to report events or request further instructions.
  • Dispatch police departments if warranted.
  • Accurately document all actions taken within the monitoring software applications.
  • Interact with other company personnel and departments as needed to facilitate customer satisfaction.
  • Answer incoming call center telephone traffic and screening callers appropriately.
