Customer Service Representative - Japanese Bilingual
 
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Japanese and English language verbal communication skills
  • Certified Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) passers with a minimum N3 level
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate directly with enterprise level business and government agency customers
  • Resolves customer's inquiry through inbound calls and chat.
  • Facilitate chat and phone requests for Billing Issues.
  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate delivery of service to all customers at all times
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve issues
