We're urgently in need of SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER!

Position Summary:

The Senior Account Manager’s role is to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. He/She builds and manages client relationships, collects information, and ensures that company offerings meet the individual needs of clients. He/She analyzes business profits, service level agreements (SLA) with clients, process improvement plans, and competing priorities to align operational capacity and financial performance that is productive for the client and the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning and managing all customer service campaigns. Maintain, recruit, hire staff and develop growth. Set motivating goals to support key initiatives to be aligned with department and organization's strategic goals.
  • Accurately identify and capture client problems and requests and engage appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Assumes accountability for the program’s people and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for knowledge transfer and team training.
  • Support business initiatives by providing expertise and evaluate possible impact.
Qualifications
  • College graduate of courses in Management and/or related disciplines or College Level of courses in Management and/or related disciplines
  • With at least 3 to 5 years management experience in the BPO-Customer Service sector
  • Outstanding interpersonal and English communication skills: Verbal and Written
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and rank and file levels
