Responsibilities:
  • Remote work with drivers (online registration in the system, assistance in solving work issues);
  • Consider complaints and requests from customers and drivers;
  • Resolve conflicts between drivers and passengers;
  • Interaction with other units to solve current problems.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English (spoken and written);
  • Philippines citizenship;
  • To be organized and result-focused;
  • To be open and sociable;
  • Able to perform multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Ready for a large number of calls;
  • Experience in resolving conflicts;
  • Good computer skills.
Working conditions:
  • Work in Cebu City;
  • 5-day working week, office hours;
  • Remuneration of PHP18000 per month;
  • 3 months of probation.
