Minimum Classification 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Masters in Business Management is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years above in marketing or related work and with exposure to executives and key officers. 
  • Previous experience in the construction industry for at least 3 years.
  • Required Skill(s): Marketing
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator

Job Description
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for local market. This includes building a variety of network in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Work with the PELD (Plant, Equipment and Leasing Department)  Head in creating a marketing plan and ensure implementation and effectiveness.
  • Assist PELD Head in optimizing marketing automation, digital marketing, leads, nurture processes through software, email, content, and social channels.
  • Responsible in creating Customer Feedback and Satisfaction Survey and to ensure all feedback and information are processed for reporting to ExeCom with possible recommendation to assure good relation with our clients
  • Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership.
