Details, a leader in no-code and low-code solutions, is seeking a dedicated Application Development Manager.    As Development Manager you should be focused on completing projects and controlling business processes to its efficiency. You will be managing a skilled and multidisciplinary team with a drive to deliver value and succeed to our clients. You should create a productive environment for the team, help the team to self-organize, and create a culture of learning and transparency.
This position is full time, Monday through Friday at our office near SM Cebu City, once GCQ is over.  Please include CV and expected rate in your reply.

2. Manage Development, Web Design, and QA teams of up to 15 people to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
3. Learn the no code platform.
4. Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely manner.
5. Oversee daily activities of all teams and provide direction and guidance as needed.
6. Ensure that teams maintain high level of competence and operational excellence.
7. Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
8. Hire and train new team members as required.
9. Document and extended policies and procedures in current processes.
· Highly motivated, technical, and passionate about collaborating with others.
· A team player who is open-minded, proactive, and process driven.
· Can multi-task effectively.
· Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
· Time management skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related field.
· Minimum of two years of managing development teams and 10 years of overall technical experience.
