The primary function of the recruitment marketing specialist is to spearhead marketing efforts for recruitment, employee engagement, and local brand awareness goals of the company.
In this role you will:
  • Develop and implement projects to boost Qavalo's local brand awareness
  • Pursue opportunities to nurture Qavalo’s local business networking
  • Collaborate with HR in realizing recruitment goals through marketing and promotions
  • Collaborate with HR in organizing and implementing employee engagement activities and campaigns
  • Oversee Qavalo's presence on various social media platforms
  • Create regular content for social media
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers for marketing collaterals
  • Collaborate with facilities officer for the production of office supplies that needs branding
  • Assist in lead generation and client acquisition efforts
  • Participate in sales calls and communications to prospective clients
  • Oversee the department’s need for marketing supplies, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain and update marketing records and work tools
  • Accommodate guests and assist in facilitating the initial application process
  • Other job duties deemed necessary
To be successful in this role you will need: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, LIACOM, Advertising or related field
  • Knowledge in graphic design
  • Knowledge in digital marketing is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge in handling social media platforms
  • Creative, enthusiastic and willing to be trained
  • Good oral and written English communication skills
  • Flexible, able to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Connects with Qavalo core values
  • Preferably residing within Cebu City
