Job Summary
 
We are seeking an ADMIN ASSISTANT for our growing organization. As an ADMIN ASSISTANT, you will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions, such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Male or Female; graduate of Psychology, Management Operations, and or any administrative or any business related course.
  • With experience of at least 2 years as ADMIN ASSISTANT. Fresh graduates are also accepted.
  • Must be with pleasing personality.
  • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information.
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Experience scheduling appointments and updating calendars.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems and tasks at once.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Willing to travel domestically (Siquijor/Manila and Vice Versa).
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize, photocopy, fax, and collate documents as needed
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed
  • Plan, organize and implement events, such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
  • Manage executive schedule and act as a liaison for the executive team
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
  • Handle confidential information; organize and maintain files
  • Prepare information and research for admin needs
  • Help plan company events, meetings, and special projects.
  • With basic background in human resources & admin tasks.
