Minimum Requirements:
  • Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (NO PART TIME )
  • Average to excellent English communication skills
  • Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
  • Can start asap
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Process orders
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Salary: 14,000 to 21,000
