Job Description:
  • Monitors  employment status of personnel for regularization, promotions and transfers
  • Signs Certificate of Employment /Employment contracts of Rank and File to employees
  • Evaluates and monitors recruitment, orientation and hiring process of all personnel
  • Facilitates corporate communications and protocol
  • Administering, conducting, facilitating company training programs
  • Recommends HR Budget for recruitment(office personnel), Corporate Communications, Compensation & Benefits and Training
  • Monitors work processes of Compensation/Payroll & Benefits
  • Reviews and monitors government mandated benefits
  • Handles Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Case Investigations, Employee Sanctions
  • Recommends, facilitates, administers and assists employee company activities
  • Recommends compensation strategies and benefits
  • Recommends, implements and monitors employee retention plans and career paths
  • Implements management initiatives and processes
Skill Requirements:
  • Should have at least three years in working with HR
  • Has handled labor relations issues
  • Has good human relationship skills
  • Has the ability to organize company activities and events
  • Possesses vibrant leadership
  • Has general HR experience in all Human Resource aspects
  • Has at least Three years experience as HR Manager
  • Willing to travel in the Vis-Min area
  • Can handle negotiations
  • Good compensatory package
