Is currently looking for:
Can SPECIFICALLY DESIGN on interior aspects such as Kitchen and Bath, dining, living, pantry, or renovate space to make more spaces like home office and others.
  • Male/Female and must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Architecture specializing interior design or any related courses.
  • NO EXPERIENCE is accepted and or with at least 3 years’ experience/background in INTERIOR DESIGN ONLY. 
  • Candidates must be willing to travel within the Philippines to visit on-going projects.
  • Exposure in project construction management or design team (coordination, on-time schedule to the deadlines, and updated reporting of activities) will be an advantage.
  • Must be hard working, with good judgment skills, excellent interpersonal to deal with clients.
  • Artistic, Articulate and Creative. 
  • Strong analytical, planning skills and excellent problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Architectural and Engineering Design and programs/ software ACAD, Civil 3D, Sketch Up, Photoshop, etc. but not necessary. Minimal skills on using programs is an advantage.
  • Able to quickly conceptualize a design or master plan.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Licensed/NON Licensed Architect/Interior Design
  • Develop self-effective design layouts based on construction/clients specification and requirements.
  • Engaged in review and resolution of design and other concerns. 
  • Responsible for meeting with clients to discuss their needs, planning the space, purchasing furnishing, and making the environment suitable for their needs.
  • Perform design changes and improvements according to changing project demands. 
  • Provide assistance to design and construction teams.
  • Manage design projects within deadlines/timelines and budgets. 
  • Analyze design issues and recommend corrective actions and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate design files system for future reference purposes. 
  • Willing to learn new things and can perform effectively with less supervision.
