Job Qualifications:
  • At least 8 months of working experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
  • Above average English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Highly motivated and must be incentives driven
  • Must be amenable to working during holidays and on weekends.
  • Able to be professionally perky and/or above average building rapport skills
Job Responsibilities:
  • Performs inbound and outbound calls.
  • Tracks scheduled call back and call all pending clients in a timely manner.
  • Specific JD will be discussed once endorsed to Operations
