The HR Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions. He / She maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel including trainings, coaching, performance evaluation among others;
  • Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates on developing department goals, objectives and systems;    
  • Analyzes, updates and implements compensation programs thru job scope review, salary surveys, reviewing salary structure and monitoring the performance evaluation program
  • Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures. Prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures;   
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relation concerns. Able to conduct investigation of non-conformance issues and implement disciplinary actions based on Company Policies.    
  • Initiates employee activities that are relevant to the needs and culture of the organization;    
  • Keeps the employees aware of the changes, improvements and other important announcements and management direction through issuance of memo and other communications channels    
  • Creates training plan for employees and conducts in-house learning sessions. Monitors progress of training and evaluate results;    
  • Recruits, interviews and effectively select job applicants that matches the job position required.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Psychology
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in Human Resource functions preferably in a manufacturing set-up and at supervisory or managerial level
  • With a very strong leadership, decision making and interpersonal skills.
